On January 9, Guntis Kanenbergs took over as Chairman of the Board of Ober-Haus in Latvia from Aija Abolina.

“I have been part of the Ober-Haus professional team for 18 years and for the past 11 years I have had the honor and responsibility to lead this wonderful team of professionals. We focused on quality of service and consistent and thoughtful development, which for many years helped to secure and maintain one of the TOP positions in the market, ”said Aija Āboliņa, who since 2009 has been managing Ober-Haus in Latvia.

We`ll work together to achieve sustainable and long-term growth. I see the potential for growth in commercial property valuation as investor activity increases and we are able to offer experienced certified valuator services, ”noted Mr. Kanenbergs.
