  • Schedule of accounts payable and accrued expenses
  • Statement of disbursements for the period
  • Delinquent accounts receivable aging
  • Schedule of reserve and escrow accounts for the period
  • Schedule of all security deposits made by tenants in the property, either in the security deposit account or held directly by the owner
  • File all statutory declarations required by law
